At Tokyo Zokei University, I printed a 12 metre length of cotton using a stencil I designed and the katazome method of printing.  This is the final piece and the processes.







Fabric needed to be steamed to fix the dye colour

The length of fabric was given to a Japanese tailor who made it into a "Yukata" (summer kimono)
